Terms and Conditions
Cancellation/Reschedule: Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you'd like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 15% from original price will be charged.
No show: In the event that you do not show up to your appointment without notice or call, full service fee will be charged.
No Refund: All sales are final.
Check-in Time: You can arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time to prepare your treatment. Upon arrival, we kindly ask you turn your cell phone off to maintain the serenity of the space.
If you arrive earlier than check-in time, we kindly ask to wait outside.
Check-out Time: Please make sure to book enough time for your treatment. It’s important to finish on time, as you could impact the next member’s appointment. If you’re running late, you’ll be charged for the extra time you used the treatment room, plus an additional 15% upcharge. If we have other bookings after you, we are unable to accomodate your extra time.
In case you finish earlier or need early check-out, still reserved time must be paid in full.
Insurance: You need to have an insurance. You have a professional liability policy that covers your practice, all you have to do is name our company "company name" as additional insured on your policy.
License: You are required to obtain New York State or New York City License for certain treatments. Please check before you book with us.
Clean/Damage: Leave the space clean for the next user. You are also responsible for any damage to the space that happens as a result of your rental activity.
Smoking/Incense/Flames: Absolutely NO smoking anywhere inside the building. Absolutely NO incense, candles, smudge sticks, or open flames of any sort.
